Eugene Victor Tooms is one of the most chilling and memorable antagonists in The X-Files universe. He is a mutant who can elongate his body to squeeze through impossibly tight spaces - making him a very dangerous and frightening predator. He can prolong his life consuming human livers and entering a hibernation-like state for 30 years in a cocoon made of bile.
