Information & Mythology
- †The Curse:Passes through the bite of the other werewolf, eating sanity of the newborn lycantrope during full moon,
- †The Transformation: A viscerall shapeshifting, often painful. The human becomes a wolf, the humanity dispersing, leaving inly basic instinct.
- †The Vulnerability: Only pure silver can send the werewolf into the coffin - and of course killing them in its human form with any conventional weapon.
Werewolves on popculture
Werewolves very often were paired with vampires - especially as their enemies. Their conflict was a base for many movies, showing vampires as sophisticated lords and werewolves as their wild adversaries. Of course popculture holds also many creations leaving vampires far behind and focusing only on the wolves of the full moon. Here are some of my favorite takes on the wild beasts.
